The Role: In this Digital Media Analyst graduate job, you will be joining the operations team and reporting to the Head Media Trader. You will be responsible for handling the analysis and management of their client's digital media campaigns. The agency focuses on buying media across ad exchanges, so a clear understanding of digital advertising technology is a must. You can expect an incredibly hands-on role where you will be constantly learning and developing your digital media skills. Key Responsibilities: As Digital Media Analyst, your varied responsibilities will include: Managing the delivery of campaigns Optimising campaigns and carrying out detailed campaign analysisGenerating reports and then sharing campaign performance findings to internal teams Providing general technical support and troubleshooting performance of particular ad campaigns Collating monthly and quarterly campaign performance reports What we're looking for? Strong academics, with a degree ideally in a quantitative subject (e.g. Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance) At least 3 months' experience within advertising operations e.g. programmatic trading/traffickingExperience with campaign management is crucial Familiarity with at least one of the following technologies: DBM, MediaMath, Trade Desk, Appnexus or Tube Mogul, Videology or mobile. Excellent interpersonal skills and a fast learnerWorking knowledge of HTML An analytical mind with a panache for dataExcellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal Good Microsoft Excel skills and some experience working with databases and/ or statistical packages would be desirable What's else is on offer?
