The main duties are to answer all incoming calls and log the reported faults onto the company software, keeping the customer up to date with progress either by telephone or email. Throughout this process you will learn various support issues from other experienced members of the support team (already solving issues), and which in time would lead to the candidate solving the issues themselves.
