In particular you'll be involved with:+ Providing day-to-day operational support+ Organising interviews (using our custom built CMS system)+ Assisting with job offers and rejections+ Dealing with candidate questions in relation to vacancies we are working on+ Dealing with client questions relating to candidates+ Monitoring application statistics & obtaining feedback to ensure we are resourcing the right type of candidates, (taking action directly or feeding back to the resourcing & screening team)+ Positioning what we do to new client prospects (Inbound - We don't do sales!!!)+ Using initiative to spot opportunities to continuously improve processesOne of the job-sharers will also be required to:+ Assist with the creation of job adverts to market client vacancies based on the client's job spec, needs and wants+ resource candidates using candidate databases+ Assist with the screening of candidate CVsWhat we are looking for:Essential:+ Previous experience of Recruitment (online recruitment a bonus)+ Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to deal with candidates and clients at all levels+ Accuracy and attention to detail+ Friendly, personable and professional manner+ First class customer care ethos+ Experienced user of Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs (spreadsheets) and web-based services. Not flustered with having lots of browser pages open at once+ Attention to detail and ability to apply to keep our clients happy+ Confident and assured; a dependable team player who can step in to pick up other activities when required+ Comfortable working alone in the office at timesDesirable:+ An expert multi-sector CV screener with the recruitment 6th sense / intuition to assess the suitability of a candidate where key skills are not apparent+ Experience in writing job adverts for the internet+ Ability to generate new business from existing clients+ dealing with inbound new client enquiriesInterested?
