General Store Manager O2
We are hiring for a passionate and results-driven General Store Manager for our O2 store in Wandsworth, South West London. Telenomics is one of the largest and fastest growing O2 Franchise partners in the UK. The Role As a store leader, you will execute our sales strategy and deliver store performance. To drive the performance and development of the team, this role requires someone who will be supportive, assertive, independent, quick paced and have the ability to motivate others. Key challenges for this role include delivering on store KPIs, inspiring and developing the capability in your team and growing the business through great customer experience. Reporting to the Area Manager, the post holder will work with the senior leadership team, towards the organisation's health and growth objectives, whilst also driving a positive culture. Key Responsibilities Recruit the best talent to ensure that we can meet the needs of our customers and our businessTrain, develop and coach members of the team to deliver amazing customer service and to use this to sell the right solutions to the right customerDrive store footfall by working with the Marketing team to deliver local campaigns that engage with key segment groupsUse every customer query and complaint to exceed their expectation and create advocates for our brandExcite our customers and bring technology to life through every conversationLead and support an operationally compliant team that meets franchise audits Who we're looking for An inspirational leader with experience of leading and motivating a store team within the sales or mobile sector. An evidenced track record of delivering in-store growthExperience of leading a retail sales teamProven track record of leading and developing junior sales professionals and mid-managementCommercially astute and a logical thinker who is passionate about developing othersCustomer focused with a creative and proactive approachGenuine passion for the latest technology or gadgetsA desire for progressionA desire to go above your call of duty.
