PMO Planning Officer
A leading UK Bank currently requires a PMO Planning Officer to assist the Planning and Outcomes Manager in communicating implications in changes to the plan to the business, resource planning and benefits delivery.You will be responsible for;*Executing changes to the plan.*Liaising with Business Strategy and IT Architecture to ensure that changes to the Map are reflected in the plan.*Managing Change control across the plan.*Capture audit trail for all elements of the plan.*Produce regular reporting from the plan*Work closely with the PMO - project team to ensure consolidated plan is aligned with the individual project plans.*Ensure that the implications of planning scenarios can be reflected in the plan to enable stakeholders to evaluate the implications of changes to priorities and activity. *Produce Benefits Tracking plan linked to plan and ensure that this is consistent with other benefits reporting. *Manage the overall resource plan to enable business strategy and IT to plan for resourcesFor your application to qualify, you will have the following;*Extensive programme planning experience*Highly experienced in programme change management*Experience of managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycle *Experience of working within a structured project management framework *Knowledge of project management tools and techniques. *Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel *Strong communications skills, both written and verbal *Understanding of the importance for detail and organisation *Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness *Very good prioritisation skills to balance key priorities Please app;y now to avoid missing out!
