Accounts Support Specialist/Customer Service- Senior

A Senior Accounts Support Specialist is required to join the leading provider of technology and information solutions, as well as integrated tax compliance software and services to accounting, tax and corporate finance professionals. You will be providing a high standard of customer support and technical assistance in a timely manner. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with an accounting/finance background to join a rapidly growing area of the business.

As a Senior Accounts Support Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to enquiries from customers in relation to the installation, functionality and performance of supported products.
  • Accurately documenting support request information.
  • Identifying causes of and solving problems for customers in acceptable timeframes.
  • Liaise with the Development team for more technical issues.

The successful Senior Accounts Support Specialist will have a background in accounting/finance with an interest in technology/software.
