Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk - Andover Brooklyn Recruitment currently have an exciting role available in the Andover area of Hampshire for a Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk within an engineering company who are currently going from strength to strength. This is a full time Mon - Fri role. As Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be: Ensuring purchase invoices match delivery notes.Ensuring all invoice have a VAT number on them.Chasing any missing invoices.Setting up new clients on SAGE.Raising invoices.Ensuring suppliers are reconciled monthly.Preparing payment proposal lists.Preparing supplier spend data monthly.Reconciling all expenses receipts received.Other duties as required. To be suitable for this role of Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk you should have held a similar position and have experience of working with Sage. You should also have excellent communication and numerical skills.
