On our two year programme Graduates can embed themselves within the Nestl?? Continuous Excellence teams on site and begin to learn and implement key manufacturing excellence tools such as Goal Alignment, every day problem solving and Focused Improvement.You will contribute to the factory's Operational Master Plan by carrying out loss analysis, scoping and where possible delivering improvement projects. You will be attending, contributing and coaching within our Operational Reviews, and given front line management development and experience, shadowing and standing in for Shift Managers.
