We are currently recruiting for part-time Inbound Customer Service advisors to join a vibrant and lively working environment and to help contribute to an overall successful team. We are looking for candidates to start immediately. The role: The role consists of taking calls from customers regarding bookings and cancellations for a well-known restaurant across the UK. Due to taking calls on behalf of multiple restaurants which involves several different locations, table plans and booking availability to obtain information, learning new information if key to success on this campaign. Key Skills/Attributes: - Excellent communication skills - Able to use computers confidently - Previous customer service experience is essential - Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls We currently have the following shifts available: Position 1 (23.5 hours) - Tuesday: 17:00pm - 22:00pm, Wednesday: 18:00pm - 21:30pm, Thursday: 19:00pm - 22:00pm, Saturday: 13:30pm - 22:00pm, Sunday: 17:00pm - 21:30pm Position 2 (16 hours) - Thursday: 17:00pm - 21:00pm, Friday: 19:00pm - 22:00pm, Saturday: 14:00pm - 20:00pm, Sunday: 10:00am - 13:00pm Position 3 (20 hours) - Monday: 16:00pm - 20:00pm, Thursday: 16:00pm - 20:00pm, Friday: 16:00pm - 20:00pm, Saturday: 16:00pm - 20:00pm, Sunday: 16:00pm - 20:00pm Position 4 (28 hours) - Monday: 16:00pm - 20:00pm, Thursday: 10:00am - 16:00pm, Friday: 10:00am - 13:00pm, Saturday: 10:00am - 18:30pm, Sunday: 13:30pm - 22:00pm Position 5 (24 hours) - Tuesday: 10:00am - 13:00pm, Wednesday: 16:00pm - 20:00pm, Thursday: 11:30am - 16:30pm, Friday: 16:00pm - 20:00pm, Saturday 09:00am - 17:30pm Position 6 (12 hours) - Wednesday - Saturday: 11:00am - 14:00pm Position 7 (12 hours) - Wednesday - Saturday: 16:00pm - 19:00pm If you would like to apply please forward your CV for consideration.
