Customer Service Advisor Overview of the role Fantastic opportunity to delve into a leading broker providing specialist Car and Home Insurance products throughout the UK, and require a multi-talented individual to help service and nurture our affluent client base. The role involves handling enquiries from the rich and famous and will therefore require you to display excellent customer service skills. Your duties will demand high quality and personal call handling which will help develop client and insurer relations. You will also be able to recognise and convert sales opportunities, and generally process transactions with a high level of accuracy. You will be able to think on your own feet, be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be organised, motivated and will generally command a positive outlook to life and your career. Key responsibilities and tasks Managing inbound calls and enquiriesProcessing general transactionsWritten client communicationsClient and insurer relationship managementSales support and negotiation What we're looking for The ideal candidate will be career minded and be prepared to go the extra mile to achieve results. Someone who will be able to think on their feet, be able to work independently and as part of a team. They should be well organised, self-motivated and have a positive outlook on work.
