We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work for a reputable company in Preston city centre. This is fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to work for a growing businessWorking closely with the Directors & both Internal & External stakeholders, your role be completing all Administration duties with regards to the groups Marketing & Business Development strategiesKey Duties will include -• Assist in the organisation, preparation & delivery of any events, seminars or corporate days• Monitor all networking events the company are involved in and attend as and when required• Manage register of all referrals and client wins and losses• Prepare team meeting packs and assist in monitoring the completion of action points following each meeting• Provide management information to the board with regards to Marketing & Business Development activity & results• Assist Directors in implementing the Company's social media strategy including posting articles on Linked In, twitter and the company website• Reception cover as and when required, manning the phones and greeting visitors face to face ensuring they are properly registered and any questions responded to• Assisting with morning and afternoon post as and when requiredWe are looking for someone who is keen to learn and committed to a programme of continuous improvement as required by the businessIf you have a background in Administration and can demonstrate strong analytical, planning and organising skills, then I'd really like to hear from youPlease contact me today on or email me not quite for you but know someone who may be interested?
