Technical Customer Service
An exciting Customer Service technical support job is available in Brighton working in a fun and growing team. We are looking for people with exceptional Customer Service skills, Retail experience with Technical Product lines or 1st Line Technical/IT Helpdesk Support experience or simply a good background in phone based Customer Service. Duties include: Providing first line support to all Technical, Sales and Returns enquiries by phone, in writing or on SkypeHandling Technical enquiries for both Software and Hardware (IT/Electronics)Providing excellent Customer Service with Technical/IT based productsAdvising of other suitable products and upgrades as necessary The successful candidate will need: Excellent Customer Service skills and ideally previous experience in Customer Services whether it be call centre or retail basedA strong interest in IT, Electronics or Technology or qualifications / experience in this area The work is mainly with UK customers however, due to customers in Europe French or German language skills could be utilised but fluent and clearly communicated spoken and written English language is essential. The role is permanent and will include working on a very reasonable shift pattern. The salary is between GBP17k - GBP19k dependent on skills and experience.
