Presales Consultant (Workforce Optimisation and Rostering / Solutions Engineering / Fantastic Reputation) London Based Software as a Service (SaaS) Strategic Accounts $80-90k OTE $120k +super + commissions The Company: Established since 2008 in Australia, this privately held GBP70m turnover business employ nearly 500 employees are specialists in Workforce Optimisation and Rostering software solutions. They offer a complete suite of modules including, forecasting, costing, health & safety and Business Intelligence. The Role:Having experienced outstanding growth last year, our client is now seeking to hire an additional client facing presales resource. You will be responsible for discovery calls, solution preparation & management of proposals, product demonstrations, proof of concept creation and creation of marketing documents. You will be joining a pre-existing presales team and will be supporting up to 3 sales people. In addition to client facing activities our client is seeking somebody to be involved in internal education and training. Average accounts will be worth in the region of GBP200k-300k annually and you would be dealing with HR Directors, HR Managers as well as FDs and CFOs as well as IT. The Candidate: You will have a track record of success and will be able to demonstrate that you have help deliver strong growth in a number of small accounts. A knowledge of Workforce Management & Rostering or related areas such as Payroll would be of particular interest, as well as experience of dealing with contacts such as HR or Finance. Otherwise a strong track record in Presales or Solutions Engineer in enterprise grade technology software would also be relevant.
