Our client is a large property management company based in Harringay. They are looking for a Customer Services Manager to join their busy team. The right person for this role will be able to provide motivational support, establish focus and manage change effectively. They will need to have a customer focus and financial awareness and be thorough in all aspects of their work. They must be able to demonstrate their ability to manage a team and have a background in repairs & maintenance. What the role will include: Managing a team of 9 Customer Services Officers who each manage a patch of approximately 450 properties and answer telephone calls and emails from tenants and landlords regarding repairs to their propertyEnsuring that the CSOs log the required repair on the repairs database, liaise with landlords, pass the repair job to an in-house/external contractor, also ensuring that the job is completed within the priority timescalesManaging in-house Maintenance Operatives and ensuring that repair and void jobs allocated to in-house Maintenance Operatives and sub-contractors are completed in a timely fashion and to the desired cost and qualityManaging Schedulers/PlannersKeeping to an agreed budget contributing towards the annual budget formulation Essential Requirements 1+ years experience as a manager in a similar roleExperience in customer satisfaction surveys, administration and repairsDemonstrable ability and experience of working in a multi disciplinary contact centre environment, ideally managing maintenance and repairs calls (inbound and outbound)Demonstrable experience of using contact centre resourcing tools/software to resource multi or single site teams, in line with budgets and business objectivesDemonstrable experience of working with customers directly, either at account or operational levelExcellent verbal communication, prioritisation and organisational skills Package: Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm20 days holiday including bank holidaysSalary GBP30,000 and GBP35,000 dependent on experience.
