International Marketing Manager
Key Interfaces: Customer Solutions Director, Head of Creative Services, Director of Sales EMEA, Creative Team, International Product Process Manager, Head of Design Services, IT Manager, Finance Manager, Global Sales Team Purpose/Mission: To develop and deliver the marketing strategies to meet agreed Company objectives. To evaluate and monitor market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed. Responsible for all marketing, branding, advertising and budgetary activities and the marketing team internationally. Responsibilities: To take a lead role in the development and continuous improvement of the Marketing function within the business.Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the Customer Solutions Director agreeing the year's marketing objectives and illustrating how these correlate with the Company objectives.To work with key stakeholders to implement a Company wide plan to push the strategy, working with all departments to achieve said plan.To manage and co-ordinate all marketing, advertising, PR and promotional activities.To work closely with, and support the Distributor Sales Teams to help maximise value and sales opportunities.To develop the company brand and product awareness by ensuring it is in line with business direction and marketing strategy.Ensure brand consistency internationally.Implement and maintain the marketing KPIs.Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of Marketing objectives and developments.To analyse potential strategic partner relationships for marketing opportunities.Develop and maintain relevant contacts to establish and develop long-term relationships and increase Marketing opportunities.Take a lead (in conjunction with other relevant staff) in identifying, developing and implementing business systems, maintain equipment and training employees.Take responsibility for one's own continuing professional development Key Tasks: Implementing Clear and concise communication of single/multiple messages in order for our clients to take action through: WebEmailsSocial MediaAdvertisingCataloguesPrinted collateralWritten WordEventsPRPartner Communications (HUB, emails, etc) Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.Deliver marketing activity within the agreed budget.Producing management information summary reports for Directors/Senior Managers on marketing results - presenting findings and suggestions.
