Head Chef - Contract catering - monday to friday - Turkish food

Head chef required for a Contract catering company cooking a lot of Turkish dishes. MONDAY TO FRIDAY, running this small kitchen that serves a range of Turkish dishes to the workers.The roleAs Head Chef you will run the kitchen, working on your own to cook for a small number of staff within this office building. Cooking a range of dishes, with a lot of the dishes being authentic Turkish dishes. As well as cooking dishes, you will cost out menus, work with suppliers and write menus.
