A position has opened up for an Insight Research Analyst to join a consumer insight team responsible for insight, research and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data. Here you can use your skills to inform the decisions of one of the world's most successful businesses. WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE? Championing customer led decisions throughout the businessAnalysis of both quantitative and qualitative consumer data to make informed recommendations as to areas where investment will prove most profitable for the business, then tracking that profitability to influence future decisionsProduce reports and forecast potential campaign impactsInterfacing with other areas of the business to provide analytical support to produce commercially driven insightsUsing statistical tools, such as Excel, SPSS, SQL or similar to derive actionable insight and analysis from a diverse range of internal and external data sources, such as survey data and NPS WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED? Advanced Excel skills are essential, including experience of Macros, V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables, preferably also have experience using any of the following: SPSS, Askia, SQL however this is not essentialCandidate must have experience working in a role conducting consumer focused research analysisCommercial experience in market research is preferred, however candidates with experience in category insight, consumer insight, competitor analysis or similar, will also be considered.Stakeholder management and client facingDegree educated, in a relevant numerate subject, such as maths, statistics, operational research, psychology etc WHAT DO YOU DO NEXT?
