Global Retail Business Training Assistant 25k + benefits West End Permanent Duties: Add new locations Add new users Reset log ins Restructure system based on any internal structures Support day to day system queries Provide weekly reports Provide fortnightly HQ reports Provide monthly reports for Face to Face training Liaise with global coordinator / provider on any issues in system Add training sessions trouble-shooter Be validator for all new modules released Upload tools into knowledge bank and ensure frequently updated Support day to day Training Events Co-ordinate all training bookings / events through e-learning system including troubleshooting Support Event Manager in admin behind conference Support managers conference set up All post conference derig Track all giveaways and send outs in line with tax requirements Prepare all giveaways Set up London training rooms Mystery shopping Log all mystery shop results Provide weekly report to the team Compile data - split into operational area, new vs. old, trained vs. untrained Check MDS uploaded data / provide information to mystery shopping provider Check and upload change requests Provide day to day administrative support Proof read all training materials Track all no shows weekly and communicate Communicate monthly no show charges and invoice with accounts Liaise with printers and Trainers Post out all training tools - posters, facts sheets etc Co-ordinate all department spend for Training Manager Provide Training Director with adhoc administrative duties Send out and prepare all Management Development Programme tools Main point of contact for stores Send out training packs monthly Ensure training tools are adequately stored Co-ordinate team diaries Support training team with all other reasonable administrative tasks Please send your CV for immediate consideration.
