I am currently recruiting for a Corporate Finance Consultant for an Oil & Gas business. Responsibilities Execution of multi-sourced financings to support the development of projects in Africa; upstream/mid and downstream; StructuringDue diligenceDocumentationNegotiationFinancial analysis Development of financing plans for projects Ensure the bankability of commercial agreements Develop / review project finance financial models Manage financial execution process Provide advice and support to Project Teams on: The structuring of contractual arrangementsCorporate structureExecution, credit and political risk and mitigation strategiesContracting strategy in order to attract ECA financial supportFinancing execution processes and timelinesIdentity and key requirements of potential lenders Manage the interface with financial institutions, including but not limited to: Development Finance Institutions / MultilateralsExport Credit AgenciesCommercial banksPRI/PRG providers Conduct market soundings as appropriate Liaise with and manage financial advisors and legal counsel as appropriate Work closely with Joint venture partners and host governments to achieve alignment For immediate consideration please email Sacha Young via the application portal.
