Department: Customer Support TeamLocation: Hemel HempsteadSalary: GBP16,000 - GBP21,000/Annum depending on experience Vanarama requires a Customer Service Administrator to work within our fast paced sales environment at our Hemel Hempstead Head Office. The position will demand excellent telephone manner, the ability to multi-task and enthusiasm to learn. Summary of Roles and Responsibilities Working in a busy support team, the role is ultimately to deal with customers' queries as effectively as possible. You will be given industry leading tools to provide brilliant customer service, we are looking for individuals to be as creative as possible with providing solutions and have a hunger to WOW customers. Essential Job Functions Dealing with and resolving a range of customer queriesBuilding relationships with the dealers in order to improve proceduresPlay an active part in improving the Vanarama Customer ExperienceAssisting customers with queries regarding the different stages of their contracts and any adjustmentsUpdating internal CRM systems with detailed notesWorking in sync with the rest of the Administration and Sales teamsAnswering incoming calls in line with Company SLA'sProcessing new enquiries and transferring them to Sales Essential Candidate Qualitites Well presented with an excellent telephone mannerStrong interpersonal communication skillsProfessional and forward thinkingFocused on attention to detail while remaining flexible in approachMust be a team player but also able to work independently when requiredCommercially awareThe ability to provide solutions for customers and solving problems
