The HR Director will provide support to the UK executive team. The initial priority for this role will be to implement a detailed plan to raise the standard of HR services in the UK from a reactive to proactive function; the multi-site UK team that currently number six HR generalists. You will drive a UK wide talent review of operations, looking at current operating procedures, talent pipeline and look to implement a management performance and development plan. You will implement a detailed people plan to support the delivery of the UK business strategy through strategic and tactical HR interventions whilst engaging the HR Team in the delivery and ownership of the people plan. This role could be an excellent first step for an ambitious HR professional into their first HR Director level role.
