The day to day role will be to take inbound calls from customers and logging issues on to the system. Key responsibilities: Taking inbound calls from customers and logging issues on the systemTaking ownership of customer enquiriesTo ensure the customer feels valued by providing them with timely updates.Ensuring best practice if followed at all times.Ensure that quality standard are met across the business by providing feedback by the relevant business areas. Key Requirements: Experience of working within customer service roleAbility to prioritise your workload effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail coupled with a real passion for delivering exemplary customer care.
