Our client a successful and expanding online retailer are looking for passionate, enthusiastic team players to join their successful expanding vibrant inbound call centre based in Hatfield. You will be based within the company's busy contact centre, this key role involves providing customers with an exceptional customer experience you will be working with supportive management in a team environment and will receive training, in addition the company have an excellent reputation for career progression with long term opportunities.This is a permanent position paying GBP20,000 per annum. Due to the nature of the business the Contact Centre is open 7 days a week from 7:00am to 11:00pm, therefore to be considered for this position you must be flexible to work a 40 hour shift pattern as required. Assessment days will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please take this into consideration before applying. The Role To build relationships with customers and provide the highest level of support to customers. A high priority on customer focus, fulfilling customer requirements, dealing with enquires and complaints and with an effective level of customer communication to the customer's satisfaction Working in the busy contact centre, your duties will include: Receiving telephone calls and resolving customers issuesMaking outbound calls to customers to resolve issues that may occur with customer deliveriesReplying to customers emailsLiaise with other internal departments to resolve issues or obtain updates, and communicating this back to the customerLogging all contact and resolutions onto the computer system The Person We are looking for candidates who have: Previous customer service experienceA high level of written and spoken EnglishContact centre experience preferred but not essentialExperience of speaking to customers over the phone or face to face on a regular basisExcellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet ExplorerExperience of complaint handling and query resolutionExperience of face to face customer contact will also be considered e.g. retail, hotel reception, banking.
