Our client, based City Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne are looking to recruit a temporary Customer Service Administrator to start ASAP. This role will initially be for 2 weeks however will most likely grow into an ongoing or permanent position. This role is situated within a small office and not a call centre position, the chosen candidate will be contacting customers to chase up queries that have been made via their website therefore you must be comfortable using the phone and speaking with current and potential customers. Duties will be inclusive of but not exhaustive to: ?? Contacting customers who have made enquiries from the website ?? Delivering an exceptional customer service experience ?? Be available immediately ?? General administrative duties ?? Telephone queries ?? The use of the In-house database NRG are proud to be representing this organisation and in order to be considered for the role you must have a passion for customer service and doing your absolute best for their customers. This working environment is professional yet vibrant and friendly, a very much family ethos within the office. Working days Monday- Friday 9-5.
