You will report into the MD and head up an existing marketing team where you will be responsible for taking the company to their next phase of growth through the implementation of marketing strategies that will drive further sales success. Responsibilities: Work closely with senior management team to set and deliver the marketing strategy for the company. Provide strategic direction and management to the marketing team. Deliver national and global strategies in line with wider business plan. Providing direction regarding product management and launch. Working closely with sales team to deliver against plan. Manage marketing budget. Reporting. Working with 3rd parties to deliver marketing plans. Required Skills: Ideally degree level education or CIM qualification. B2B and B2C experience.Team management experience. Ideally international or global marketing experience. New product development experience. Strong communication skills. Project management experience.
