Assistant Shop Manager

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours ( flexibility is required for this role) must work Saturdays We have an exciting opportunity to be part of our successful charity retail team. We are looking for an experienced retail professional with excellent customer skills to support a Shop Manager in a fast paced and exciting environment. The role is critical to assisting the management team in running an efficient store, so you`ll be commercially aware, driven, well organised, and hands on, with the passion and leadership skills to motivate a team of staff and volunteers in order to maximise income. This is a superb opportunity to contribute to a valued Hospice charity using your retail experience to drive income and support and develop our volunteers in an exciting and growing business. Previous retail experience is required and previous charity experience is preferable but not essential.
