Associate Recruitment Consultant

As a new Consultant with Redline we will give you the training (both recruitment & technical), mentoring, structure, support and reward you need to take your career forward and your earnings potential to new heights. Recruitment jobs differ from Company to Company, and from market sector to market sector, and as you develop into a Specialist Consultant in one of our Divisions you will take on a pivotal role, working on a range of jobs in partnership with both new clients and our existing global client base, managing developing and delivering permanent or contract client led solutions. From our offices in Luton, Bedfordshire our 50+ staff work across the whole of the UK and areas of Europe and Scandinavia, supplying knowledge led recruitment solutions to a range of industries, and working with a diverse selection of businesses from multi-national "blue chip" organisations through to some of the World's most exciting and innovative start-ups.
