Customer Care Advisor
Adecco Victoria are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work in a contact centre with in an expanding business. The role -Answer telephone and e-mail enquiries from users & networks on the company's products and services. -Be actively involved in the running of the company's customer survey programmes, and monitor & record information received. -Liaise with relevant departments (operations / sales / finance / account management, etc), when required, for optimal resolution of customer queries and product understanding. -Communicate company policy to clients, users & networks and explain the use and administration of paper-based or electronic voucher products -Maintain and improve quality of information in the company's client / user / network databases on a project and day-to-day basis. -Actively participate in, and contribute towards, team meeting & training programmes related to customer service, survey and network development. -Ensure all communications with customers are carried out in line with the written standards and procedures defined by the manager of the customer service department.
