Project Manager - Broadbean
Are you an experienced Project Manager with an interest in technology? If so, we want to hear from you! We're currently looking to recruit an experienced PM to join our Client Services Department. The purpose of the role is to lead and successfully deliver large/complex implementation projects for our clients whilst ensuring that any development of products and services meet customer requirements and are in line with our business roadmap. All the time ensuring a great customer experience throughout. Specific tasks Assist with presales activities including attending pre-sales client meetings, scoping calls and the development of formal sales proposals or presentations for prospectsCreate a project plan for each project that includes information on workflows, set up, training and roll outAccurately manage the project plans ensuring that all timelines and project tasks are updated on a regular basisManage all timelines and tasks on the projectplans with internal staff, senior management, suppliers and the end client to ensure all milestones are achievedCreate custom support documentation using appropriate media, as required, for the client and also internally at BroadbeanCreate an effective customer handover document to facilitate internal client support when the account is handed over and ensure its stored on relevant in house systems Provide regular reports on all projects being managed, highlighting any areas of risk and providing potential solutionsContinued liaison and collaboration with Senior Project Manager on shared projectsAs someone who loves project management you Enjoy liaising with people and have excellent communication skills Could go by the name of Sherlock Holmes or Miss Marple as you are a keen problem solverValue your colleagues and work efficiently within a team or on your ownCan demonstrate strong PM & leadership skillsAre ace at prioritising a varied work load What else are we looking for Previous experience of running projectsKnowledge of Project Management methodologies (Prince2, Agile etc)Knowledge of the recruitment industry or previous experience of working with job boards, recruitment agencies, in house recruitment or an ATS/CRM is advantageousPrevious experience of Broadbean software (or similar) would be an advantageFluency in English (speaking, writing & reading) is essentialAny additional fluency in any other language is desirable but not essential We work as a trusted provider to many of the UK's FTSE 1000 companies split between corporate in-house recruitment customers and 75% of the UK's top 250 staffing businesses as well as recruitment advertising agencies, technology vendors, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) businesses and major employers.
