Pensions Customer Service Advisor - Edinburgh
Our client a large successful banking organisation based on Dalkeith Road in Edinburgh are looking to recruit a number of Pensions Customer Service Advisors to join their team in Edinburgh. Core responsibilities -to answer telephone calls from Pensions customers, assisting with queries, providing account and product related information - To use knowledge of the organisation's propositions, products and services to explain to customers in detail, how and why they should use them. - To use questions to establish customers underlying needs and utilise knowledge and understanding of a product or service (or range of products and services) to fit/tailor offerings to a customers need. - To maintain sufficient knowledge of competitor products and services. - To have awareness and application of risk prevention procedures in all contact with customers and colleagues whilst remaining aware of the need to deliver excellent customer service. - To handle customer calls, ensuring relevant productivity and quality measures are achieved for all customers in line with specified process and procedures - To take ownership of personal development and training, through regular review of performance against business objectives, and take responsibility for self-development - To handle all customer contacts appropriately to ensure fair outcomes are achieved for all customer contacts. You will need:* A good telephone manner displaying a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times* The ability to plan and prioritise work efficiently, maintaining awareness of individual and team workloads* Awareness of risk management processes to ensure compliance with all Group and local procedures, practices and policies. The hourly rate is GBP8.52, working hours are Monday-Sunday between 9am and 8pm, you will work 35 hours per week. Cordant is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
