Customer Service Executive
The Customer Service Executive will provide first class customer service by building rapport with customers and clients exceeding their expectations by handling all complaint enquiries efficiently. Client Details A growing Media Company based in Birmingham. Description The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for: Answering inbound call and answering product related queries.Communicate product information and services.Working closely with various teams and departments.Investigating and answering customer enquiries via email, letters and social media.Assisting with office administration duties.Remain up to date and knowledgeable on new products. Profile The Customer Service Executive will have: First class communication skills both written and verbal.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Advanced MS skills including Word and Excel.Must be able to work under pressure.Ability to make decisions in line with current policies.Must be able to work occasional weekends.Must have worked in a Call Centre and Customer Service environment. Job Offer GBP15,000 to GBP17,000.
