Customer Service Executive - excellent training/progression
Starting in the role of Customer Service Executive, with a keen interest in looking after clients and developing relationhips, your role will be managing clients needs and communicating these across the relevant teams, ensuring deadlines are met. You will communicate via telephone, e mail as well as the occasional face to face meeting. Key daily duties will include the following: Speaking to clients and dealing with their requests in a professional manner, these can be CEO's, Directors through to more junior members of staff.Dealing with Customer order formsSourcing and ordering from the correct supplier including getting a full quote for the clients and passing the information throughProviding reports to the team and management as and when requiredHandling many relevant paperwork and providing support to colleagues As the role grows you will have opportunities to progress and be part of other areas of the business including operations, marketing, business support and management.
