TOP 4 FMCG GLOBAL BRAND SEEKS TEMPORARY JUNIOR CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGERIn this role you will be accountable to tailor the Regional Customer Marketing programs and execute them in your market. Your ability to manage multiple projects at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working seamlessly within the matrix, in particular with the Global Marketing team, and Regional team:-You will build best in class customer marketing and commercial capabilities at a regional level that will enable us to win in the marketplace-You will be the champion of executional excellence, tailoring the Picture of Success for local channel segments and customers as needed.-Demonstrates marketing/ commercial understanding & shows ability to manage internal & external relationships with stakeholders including the regional marketing & sales team.-You will measure and evaluate pre and post-launch activities to ensure that A&P spend is optmisedInTo be successful in this role you will have/be:-Experience in Customer Marketing (e.g. Purchaser/Shopper Marketing, Category Management Sales and Channel Strategy)-Commercial skills gained through hands on Commercial roles-Experience in roles related to understanding customer and channel dynamics-Proficiency in English language skillsThe following experiences are preferred:-Sales / Marketing experience-Experience within one or more companies that have an established reputation for category management excellence-Marketing Master degree or equiv. Experience in the Spirits and/or overall beverage Industry is preferable
