We are looking for a strong HR Manager with extensive HR experience to support the division's business objectives whilst being aligned with the Group's HR strategy. This exciting role requires strong influencing and leadership skills to oversee the successful delivery of HR activities in support of business or HR led projects and initiatives.Job objectives and responsibilities •Working closely with the Head of HR Operations, Regional Operations Director and Regional Management Team, the role holder will be accountable for the effective delivery of all aspects of the HR agenda. They will have a strong orientation towards business transformation, ensuring the HR Function adds commercial value to the business, immediate and long term needs •Manage employees and influence the business to ensure consistency, best practice and knowledge sharing in these areas ; •Manage the ER case load for the business, identifying high risks to the Head of HR - Operations or the People Director •Actively support the talent management within the business area. Main duties Work as a trusted business partner to the business Regional Leadership Team, supporting the designand delivery of the People Plan, fully aligned to the business, Divisional and Group Business Strategy•Provide strategy, counsel and direction on all HR related matters, to the Senior Leadership Team •Lead and motivate the business HR team , ensuring that it is recognised as a fundamental contributor to business success •Work with the Business Development on Bids and provide support on the end to end process. •Lead and manage the Employment Relations with the division •Ensure business remains compliant with legislation and best practice within areas of responsibility, e.g. implement appropriate governance, anti bribery and corruption systems, and strategies for minimising litigation and risk ; •Support significant change initiatives in both a strategic and operational capacity, e.g. Reward and Recognition, restructuring and TUPE transfers. •Improve and maintain systems and processes within areas of responsibility. •Build and maintain effective relationships with other functions across and the business with other internal and external stakeholders, including equivalent Group functions. •Manage relationships with key suppliers and advisers within areas of responsibility •Represent the business at sales presentations to clients etc as part of business development •Provide advice and support to senior management across the business •Leverage the HR agenda at management meetings •Other duties and responsibilities as determined by the the Head of HR - Operations If you have the experience and passion to deliver this senior role please apply.
