Countrywide, UK`s Largest Lettings, Estate Agency and Financial Services Group, with over 1300 branches across England, Scotland and Wales, and multi award winners, including Employer of the Year* are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join the team as a Customer Service Advisor within the Property Management team in Preston. The successful applicant will be an integral part of the highly-motivated team, working within a long established, busy and successful office. We require an individual who is professional, methodical, organised, great problem solver and will relish the opportunity to pick up the phone and speak to our customers. The role of a Customer Service Advisor involves the direct management of a portfolio of landlords properties as includes building customer relationships, assisting and arranging maintenance quotations and works, arranging gas and electrical safety records, discussing rental arrears and negotiating the return of tenants deposits. Previous experience of working in a property industry would be an advantage but not essential, however experience of a busy, customer focussed environment is essential.
