An exciting role has become available to join a housing association as a Development Project Manager!
About the role
You will be supporting the delivery of the organisations development programme in accordance with the Strategic Plan. You will be leading the delivery of Section 106 sites, attending site meetings, and managing the consultation with external contacts. You will be leading on the delivery of HCA funded asset sites, ensuring compliance with contract conditions and value for money
About you
You will have previous experience working within the Development Department of a Local Authority/Housing Association, with extensive knowledge of Section 106 and HCA procedures. If you have a relevant qualification, you are particularly encouraged to apply.
