Biggest UK .COM Company with HQ in Milton Keynes seek experienced Core Java Developers to join their multi-skilled Agile/Scrum team who are collectively responsible for the quality of the end product and internal systems that drive the success of the organisation. As a Java Software Developer you are the creative brain behind the design, optimisation and maintenance on internal applications and tools.

You will be writing code across the whole technology stack from Front End CSS through application Java to Back End SQL. You will help your team decide which features you're going to deliver in a sprint. Play planning poker to estimate user stories. Review other developer's code and debating different options. Collaborating with the team to find solutions to complex business problems, plenty of exciting and innovative Java based projects to get stuck into.

Java Skills required

• Core Java, 5 + years of writing Java Web Applications and Internal systems
• JavaScript and other Front End technologies JQuery, AngularJS, Ajax
• Good knowledge of Spring, Hibernate and SQL
• Agile/Scrum development experience including estimating stories and short iterations
• Computer Science related degree, minimum 2:1 (or equivalent)

Salary Package, up to GBP45K + excellent benefits. Milton Keynes HQ commutable from Bedford, Northampton, Buckingham, Luton, Hitchin, Newport Pagnell, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Towcester, Aylesbury.
