Previous experience is not a requirement but passion about food and service quality is essential. Keys roles and responsibilities include delivering excellent service to our customers and staff, being the first point of contact for all customer feedback, managing tables during the shift and offering attentive, prompt and knowledgeable service at all times. As well as this the successful applicant must be confident in providing regular feedback to Managers on customer feedback, food presentation and quality, and any wait time on food and beverages.
