Assistant Events Manager - Maidstone - Exciting opportunity

As the Asstant Events Manager you will work closely with the Events Manager on all the events.. Our client has a great number of unique spaces available for banquets, conference's and weddings. The events are daily and in the last year they have hosted 70 weddings.

You will be the principal point of contact, developing, organizing and managing the Event Catering. You will actively work as part of the Event Management Team to coordinate events and will oversee the planning, delivery and post event organisation.

Your role will also be to inspire exceptional service to our clients and guests. To facilitate sales, customer and contractual relationships ensuring that you and our client are true partners in their business. Maintain strong relationship with customers during coordination, execution and evaluation stages of services.To review business performance and ensure the delivery of key financial targets to ensure commercial sound, competitive and profitable financial deals are approved via internal procedures

The Ideal Candidate will have extensive experience in a demanding hospitality environment, Experience within event planning, Weddings & Conference experience (desirable) and a high degree of IT proficiency.
