We are currently working on behalf of our client based in Northampton who are one of the leading Insurance companies. They are recruiting for a experienced and motivated Team Manager to join their Motor & Home Insurance department and support a team of agents

Due to the growth of the Motor and Home Insurance department our clients are looking for an experienced Team Leader/Manager with passion, motivation and drive, to lead a team of Sales Agents in delivery of a great customer experience and exceed sales targets in a fast paced Inbound Sales Contact Centre. Whilst managerial experience is preferred, applications will also be acceptable form team leaders and experienced sales consultants who have worked in the insurance sector.

The key focus of the Team Manager role is support the performance and manage a team of agents through coaching, call monitoring and performance plans.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Use reports to drive performance and identify focus areas
- Meeting and managing client expectations
- Energising your team to achieve high levels of motivation
- Providing ongoing training & sales coaching for the team
- Upholding company standards and policies within your team

Team Leader essential qualities:
- Must have previous experience as a Team Leader in a call centre environment
- You will be hard working, self motivated and dedicated.
- You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- The ability to motivate a team to achieve all relevant KPI's - Data & Dialer Management
- Experience of analysing data and trends to continually improve the performance of the team

Team Leader/Manager Desirable Experience:
- Contact centre management experience required, ideally in insurance (home & motor)

This role is for an exceptional team player, with the ability to influence at all levels and substantial experience of working within a call centre environment

Salary up to GBP25k dependant on experience plus BONUS!
