Customer Services Representative (Used Vehicles) - Automotive Logistics Leader

Working centrally from our Customer Services team in Corby, our team members are supporting queries from manufacturers, retailers and rental organisations regarding the refurbishment of used vehicles. in turn, this includes the onward sale by manufacturers through an approved used vehicle programme.

Who we are:

Based in Corby we work with large retailer groups to support the vehicle preparation and handover of new vehicles to leasing companies. Working jointly with Operations and Logistics, our Customer Service team is a vital part of the process to support these retailer groups by creating an exceptional booking and handover process whilst supporting the excitement of receiving a new car and increasing satisfaction survey results.

The Customer Services Representative Role:

+ Responsible for the day-to-day daily tasks that are completed within the agreed parameters, escalating to the supervisor where necessary

+ Produce daily reports to customers using Microsoft Excel and Paragon systems to analyse data and generate bespoke reports specific to the customer requirements.

+ Manage the expectations of Rentals and deliveries in line with agreed KPIs

+ Ensure all customer enquiries/concerns are responded to within the agreed time parameters, via e-mail box and telephone log

+ Working with the Customer Services Supervisor, this role will support delivery of effective and efficient implementation of agreed processes

Responsibilities:

+ Order Processing
+ Making calls to retailers 
+ General administrative duties
