Are you a B2B Business Development Executive with experience of selling at senior levels / C level within businesses both large (global multi-national businesses) and small (owner managed SME's)?

We are therefore now seeking a motivated, resourceful and experienced Business Development Executive to join us in our next exciting phase of expansion.

The B2B Business Development Executive Role

Our Business Development Executive will be engaging with Corporate, Retail , Hospitality and Training Sectors at Senior Management / Executive Level to secure incremental sales in order to drive and increase revenue focused on large B2B accounts.

Alongside this there will be an opportunity to contribute to the formation and growth of marketing, design and strategy services offered by the business. You will also get to unleash your creative side by assisting with the development of new marketing collateral and associated products.


As a new Business Development Executive, your main focus will be working strategically to prospect and win business. We’re not just looking for Business Developers who can deliver consistent great results; we are looking for talented sales orientated people who know what it takes to deliver an exceptional long term relationship and customer experience.

We are seeking a great communicator who effortlessly builds rapport, who has worked in a target driven environment and is used to knocking on doors. Who also has a track record of achieving sales objectives and tenaciously smashing targets. They will additionally have great timekeeping skills and a real desire to deliver great customer service. They are also happy to work independently and use their own judgement and initiative to build relationships and win new accounts.
B2B Business Development Executive Skills Required:
+ A proven Sales professional.
+ A solid experience of winning new business accounts with a proven track record
+ A natural ability to build added value relationships creatively with key business contacts at decision making level and above.
+ Comfortable working in an autonomous environment and managing a hectic schedule
+ The ability to create proposals and respond to formal tender documents
+ Full understanding of the stages of the sales process
+ Be conversant with operating at the highest levels within client organisations at C/ and board level
+ Enthusiasm to overcome challenges and talk about print as a marketing value with pride and passion.

Qualities required:

+ Possess a high degree of computer literacy with strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
+ Strong mathematical ability, with good commercial acumen.
+ Exemplary communication skills
