My client, a fast growing IT services business based in Gloucestershire, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive business growth. The business itself is experiencing phenomenal growth whilst the role offers a variety of experience in a busy and rewarding environment.Reporting to the Sales Director, the purpose of this role is to grow Cisco and other vendor revenue and margin through the sales division. You will be responsible for driving the Cisco and other vendor business within my client's business, working to develop incremental opportunities and revenue for the business.Key Tasks & Responsibilities:??? Grow incremental Cisco and other vendor revenue and margin growth, upsell and lead generation.??? Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets.??? Work with Cisco and other vendors to create and maintain renewals/leads process and pipeline of business opportunities??? Communicate with departments to identify possible Cisco and other vendor opportunities from non-networking quotes/tenders??? Analyse, review and communicate all available reports on a monthly basis. Create, and present quarterly, formal presentations??? Keep well-informed on promotional mailings and dates, new company services, products, new or changing business policies and practices??? Meet with Vendor Account Managers on a regular basis to discuss revenue and pipeline??? Work with sales and Vendor Account Manager to create and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities??? Identify growth, attach and large deal opportunities and engage with Cisco Account Manager to ensure the appropriate Cisco connections are made??? Drive "SmartNet" attach rate on Cisco sales??? Offer one to one product training to the sales organisation as and when required??? Gather, record and maintain customer contact informationSpecific Performance Measurements1. Account development and retention (growth of accounts)2. Achieve Cisco revenue growth targets3. Achieve relevant accreditations4. Analyse, review and present timely and accurate reporting5.
