Our client specialises in providing data centre, cloud, connectivity and voice solutions. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Recruitment Manager to join their growing HR team.

As the Internal Recruitment Manager, you will join an exciting and invigorating workplace that is set to expand into new markets and continues to grow. 

Specifically, your role will involve delivering cost-effective recruitment solutions that attract high calibre candidates to our client’s company. 

You’ll be creating exceptional candidate experiences that leaved those who are hired excited about joining the company and unsuccessful candidates searching for other ways in. A key element of your role will be to make sure the Hiring Managers also have good experiences during the recruitment process. 

Utilising direct sourcing tactics, you will identify and approach relevant candidates and use LinkedIn to support your activities. You’ll develop our client’s online presence and enhance recruitment systems and efficiencies to ensure they are easy to use and effective. 

Interested? To be considered for the exciting position, you must have: 

- Previous in-house recruitment experience 
- Experience of developing and administering direct sourcing strategies 
- Strong knowledge of e-recruitment practices, including using social media to attract and recruit candidates 

Proactive and target-focused, as the Internal Recruitment Manager, you’ll also need strong, passionate communication skills and the ability to adjust your message to accommodate different audiences. You’ll also need a team player mentality with a close attention to detail. 

Previous experience recruiting for IT and/or technical professionals would be beneficial to your application.
