Job Title: Chef Technician
Salary: £21,893 to £24,761 per annum

This is a busy role and the successful candidate will able to support the curriculum by providing practical and technical support to the students and staff in training and production of the kitchens. You will be able to prepare ingredients and cook dishes for functions and commercial events when required by the school, with a flexible approach to working hours.
The successful candidate will have to maintain high standards of hygiene in training kitchens and be able to keep up with the modern trends and innovations within the culinary field.
As well as possessing good practical skills and an NVQ 3 in food preparation and cooking you will be self-motivated, proactive and organised.
This is a full time position on an annualised hours contract with variable working patterns.
