Senior Java/J2EE + Hybris Developer - Huge E-commerce Project.

My client are a huge and rapidly expanding retailer, looking for a Senior Java/J2EE/Hybris Developer take a lead role in building a Hybris/Java based E-commerce solution across their Core Services (Buy, Sell, Reward, etc). You will have an extensive background in Java/J2EE development, experience in 1 or more Hybris development/implementation programme in a retail environment, extensive knowledge of developing full stack Java applications within the Hybris framework and the ability to act as the lead Developer on the programme, coaching and assisting Analyst Programmer/Programmers and deputising for Architects and Managers where required.

This is a really interesting position with lots of upward progression; Key responsibilities would include;

Work closely with Solutions Architects and BA's to understand business requirements and define how the systems interrelate

Undertake technical analysis, systems design and program specification, development and enhancement of programs with a high level of complexity

Write, reviews and approves excellent code

Perform Unit & System testing to ensure a smooth transition to live environment

Creates, reviews and approves Service Transition and Support documentation to ensure a smooth handover on to the production environment.
