Guideposts have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced and enthusiastic Shared Lives Scheme Worker to join our small dedicated team based in Ware, Hertfordshire. Working 37.5 hours per week, the successful Shared Lives Scheme Worker will receive a competitive salary of £23,400 per annum.

The Shared Lives Scheme Worker Role
This opportunity will give you experience of working with carers who have service users placed with them in their own home; developing care plans and reviews for service users to assist them live in the community; promoting of the service and recruiting and assessing new carers to the scheme and making sure that they are able to meet appropriate training standards.
As a registered service you may also gain experience of auditing and monitoring the service being provided and work in partnership with professionals in the local social care services.
Our ideal Shared Lives Scheme Worker:
- You will hold as a minimum the equivalent of an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- A full driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
