MOBILE MAINTENANCE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
MAIDSTONE AREA
THE COMPANY
This is a fantastic opportunity working for a leading Facilities provider. If you are looking for stability and a company that will invest in you then look no further. As a business, they hold numerous FM contracts across the UK working with schools, hospitals, local government and councils. This particular contract is worth over GBP80m annually which is set to soar towards the end of the year!
ABOUT THE JOB
You will be working as part of team of 25 based out of Maidstone covering commercial properties in the North-West Kent area. You will be working on schools, care homes, fire stations and other council properties. As an Electrical Engineer, you will carry out PPMs, reactive call outs and minor projects on all associated electrical equipment, general fault-finding and repairs to electrical assets.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
To be suitable for this position you should hold a full driving license, relevant qualifications such as NVQ level 3 or equivalent, PAT testing experience and 17th Edition. You should also have worked on LV/HV, emergency lighting, motors, BMS controls and air handling units.
If you are successful in this position, please note that you will be subject to an enhanced DBS.
