Our client is seeking a Director of Fundraising, New Business & Tender Management to drive the growth of the charity's strategic partnerships. You will have extensive experience of working within a charitable organisation and will thoroughly understand the best practices required for the sector.
Responsibilities:
* Network and develop partnerships in new areas of work
* Lead the development of innovative activities for the organisation on both a local and national level
* Develop a risk management framework that encourages positive risk taking while identifying opportunities and threats
* Lead the review, development and implementation of the Fundraising Plan
* Identify strategic developments in fundraising
Requirements:
* Experience of managing fundraising and marketing functions
* Tender and procurement experience
* Experience of identifying new business opportunities and partnerships within the not for profit sector
* Leadership skills that inspire colleagues
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* High level of integrity and a strong commitment to the values of the charity
* Event organising experience
