We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced, proficient and organised Team Leader to work at The Hollies which is a residential care home for disabled adults with a range of impairments and learning difficulties.
Very good and knowledgeable medical background and experience in complex health needs is essential.
Experience in social and/or health care services is essential. You will be required to line manage and deputise in absence of service manager so experience of managing a team is essential. Team Leader candidates are required to have QCF Level 3, or equivalent, in social care and extensive experience of working with people with physical and/or learning disabilities.
Your role as the Team Leader will be supporting the Services to develop in all aspects of a high quality personalised service that contributes to Scope’s strategy “Changing Society”.
You will be working as part of the management team to manage and develop the service offered to individuals in accordance with their preferences and needs.
